Optimalisasi Pengelolaan Biaya dengan Digital Payment pada Bisnis Hiburan Anak: Kasus Kiddy Playland
Abstract
The increasing adoption of digital payment systems has transformed various sectors, including the children's entertainment industry. However, many businesses in this sector still face challenges in fully optimizing this technology. This research examines how Kiddy Playland, a children's play center, has implemented digital payment systems to optimize cost management. The main objective is to analyze the effectiveness of digital payment in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing transaction errors, and improving customer relationships. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature review to gather insights. The findings suggest that the adoption of digital payment systems at Kiddy Playland has significantly improved transaction convenience and security, leading to increased customer satisfaction. Additionally, digital payment systems provide real-time transaction monitoring, which helps prevent fraud and mismanagement. Promotional strategies, such as discounts for digital payment users, further boost transaction volume, although they come with financial risks that need careful management. This study offers valuable insights for businesses in the children's entertainment sector on how to optimize cost management through digital payments. The research highlights the positive impact of these systems on business operations, customer trust, and overall cost efficiency. Further research is recommended to explore the long-term effects of digital payment adoption on customer loyalty and business sustainability in the entertainment sector.
